Equatorial Hotel HCMC will run the "Mangorientica" event at Orientica Seafood Restaurant & Bar has invited Guest chef Duc, MangoMango.
Coming all the way from Texas, Latin America, Japan, New Zealand, Europe, and Australia before setlling back to Vietnam.
The unique event from 27 November to December 6, appropriately named “Mangorientica”, will reflect the blend of two of the countries’ most innovative kitchens, will have a full range of culinary highlights, entertainment and fun, including two wine dinners featuring the best of LatinoVientamese fusion cuisine together with fine wines from South America.
